Jazz Program

Alta Loma High School offers 3 distinct levels of jazz ensembles, as well as combos, which provide students the opportunity to advance technically and musically throughout their 4 years here.  All three levels of ensembles compete at local jazz festivals in the Spring and the top 2 ensembles participating at the prestigious Reno Jazz Festival in April each year, where they receive top honors consistently.
